Gents, you’ll know I really like you when I steal that perfectly broken-in shirt of yours and refuse to give it back. When asked for its return, I’ll probably try to remind you that you gave it to me (and I’ll be lying). For the girls like me who love to steal clothes from their boys (and for the boys who love their little closet thieves), an idea for a shared summer uniform for S/S 2011:

you’re talkin my language! everything from the red stripes to the chuck taylors is perfection and among my recent obsessions. i grew up in a town where literally everyone and their mother wore converse. so as i grew up and moved away, i stopped wearing them….and it makes me sad to think that i’ve just left them sitting neglected in my closet. time to pull them out!

I think general consensus has found that the bag is more appropriate for a woman, but I have heard from a few men who had seriously considered picking it up. Not a one pulled the trigger. Oh well… I can live with having one non-unisex item on this shortlist, especially if its such a lovely bag.
