Commune de Paris recently released their darling S/S 2011 collection of apparel and accessories and I have found myself drawn to this precious Castor & Pollux necklace.  A doubled brass ball chain bearing an unloaded bullet, brass plate and bit of antique 19th century ribbon, this necklace is the perfect mix of vintage and military accents for this francophile.  Love the bit of toughness paired with the delicate ribbon.

Scoop the Castor & Pollux necklace at Commune de Paris here.  Also check out this pullover and this tote, while you’re at it.  J’adore!

I am really loving gun accessories right now. I just bought a double finger ring that has a gun on it, and I am currently shopping for a necklace with a gun charm. It sounds a little manic, but there is something mysterious, dangerous, and bad-ass cool about it. This necklace is certainly gorgeous and very unique, especially with the addition of the ribbon.
