**QC’s 28 Days**
In February I will be bringing you daily tips
to cultivate more classiness and fabulousness in daily life!

Day 25: Watch Classic Films
When striving for a more classy and fabulous life, what better way to learn than from the best?  Classic films are full of…wait for it…classic characters and what better way to soak up inspiration than in the comfort of your own home or at a special screening?  (Sidenote: Every summer in New York, there are fabulous outdoor screenings of all sorts of films in parks across the city.  Some of my favorite places to spread out a blanket and surreptitiously enjoy a bit of wine — sssh! — include Bryant Park and Brooklyn Bridge Park.  Be sure to be on the lookout this summer for listings.)

I understand, my dear, that it can be a bit overwhelming to know where to start.  There are scads of films to choose from!  Might I suggest to you some of my favorites?

Fabulous heroines, dashing gentlemen, high comedy and high emotions: classic films will transport you to more refined eras and show you just how classy life can be!

Need further recommendations?  Be sure to check out the American Film Institute’s list of the 100 best films of all time.
